The teak on Perfect Agenda really needs some help.  Val and I did work on the teak swim platform while we were still at F.L. Tripp and Sons, but more work continued in September 2020 at Sunset Bay and has a long way to go. 

We had talked about two choices on what to use on the teak swim platform, one was to sand and stain followed by coats of polyurethane.  The other choices was to sand and then use several coats of just teak oil.  Hmmm..  We decided to use just teak oil on the swim platform, we didn't want it to be slippery.  We can always change and use another method, but for now, it's teak oil for the swim platform.
